Michael loved all sports, but one of his favorites was golf.  He took lessons at Lakewood Country Club for several years, and always loved playing in the club tournament.  He had great respect for the other boys who played, and always knew that he had a chance, if he just worked a bit harder.  He always wanted to play at Deer Creek, or to play in the Mike Betts Memorial Golf Tournament in honor of his Grandfather and benefitting Denver Children's Home.  He never had the opportunity, so we wanted to invite others to play in this tournament in Michael's memory.

Our first ever Michael Betts Golf Tournament was a great success.  Thank you to all our golfers who participated and were so much fun at the contest holes.  The weather wasn't great but everyone still had a wonderful time.
